The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watts keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

It looked like Watts was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Mir.

Watts jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Mir connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Mir throws a series of punches but Watts avoids them all with ease.
Watts throws a hook to the side of Mir's head but Mir sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Watts.
Watts looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Watts has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Mir fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Watts.
Watts ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Oh Watts is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mir swings for the body but Watts moves out of range.
Mir feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Watts sprawling to the canvas! Watts rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Mir finish him?!
Mir thumps Watts with a low kick.
Mir connects with a superb combination that knocks Watts out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Mir before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Watts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Yoel Mir!
