The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Payne takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Payne takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Jacks looks to throw the jab but Payne is out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Payne on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Payne bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Jacks swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Jacks gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Payne misses with a hook to the ribs.
