Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Constantine Kermit!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raunio ducks under a wild hook from Kermit.
Kermit just misses with a punch to the body.
Raunio blocks a jab.
Rauli Raunio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Raunio fails with the takedown.
Raunio looks to land a right hand but Kermit moved out of range.
Raunio darts in trying to clinch
and Kermit counters with a straight right hand.
Kermit uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Raunio.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Raunio darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Raunio misses with a straight right.
Raunio bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Raunio takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A swing and a miss from Kermit.
Kermit throws a big shot that misses.
Raunio misses with a left hand
and Kermit counters with a nice right hand that sends Raunio toppling to the canvas! Raunio scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Kermit finish him?!
Raunio is rocked!
Kermit cracks Raunio with a left hook right on the temple and Raunio goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Kermit lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Raunio is OK!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Constantine Kermit!
