Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Crushman (ranked 386 p4p, 14 weight class) and Orpheus Boagrius (ranked 533 p4p, 12 weight class). Boagrius has chosen Akkadian Empire as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boagrius throws out a loose jab but Crushman uses good head movement to avoid it.

Boagrius replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Crushman blocks it well.

Crushman throws a looping overhand right but Boagrius ducks down to avoid it.
Boagrius swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Boagrius takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Crushman loads up on a big right hand but Boagrius slips the punch.

Crushman drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Boagrius tries to buck Crushman off but Crushman is having none of it.
We've been hearing good reports from Crushman's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Boagrius cracks Crushman with a left hook right on the temple and Crushman goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Boagrius lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Crushman is OK!
