Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Takashi Harada (ranked 8991 p4p, 249 weight class) and Mauricio Gendozo (ranked 23348 p4p, 280 weight class). Harada comes to the cage accompanied by M83 'Midnight City'. Gendozo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Frank Sinatra-Killing me softly. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harada takes a jab right on the kisser.
Gendozo moves in looking to clinch but Harada pushes him off.
Harada needs to keep his hands up - Gendozo had a free shot at his head there.
A jab from Gendozo misses.
Harada closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gendozo to the mat! Gendozo manages to get full guard.
Harada chips away with some ground and pound.
Harada postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Harada won't allow Gendozo to sweep him here.
Harada wants to control from the top but Gendozo keeps moving.
Gendozo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Harada defends it easily.
Harada trying to control the position from guard on top but Gendozo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Harada has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Harada content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Gendozo has locked up a guillotine! Gendozo's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Harada is holding on here and Gendozo must be using up a lot of energy. Harada has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Gendozo gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
