PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Oddis Slajos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Gavin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gavin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That was a close round but I would say that Oddis Slajos will probably get the nod.

Slajos shoots in looking for a takedown. Gavin tries to sprawl out of it but Slajos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gavin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Slajos crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gavin - the referee stops the clock and Slajos gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gavin. Slajos manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

A less than humble Tommy Gavin misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
