Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Vieira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Patton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vieira comes to the cage accompanied by Machine Gun Kelly–Till I Die. Patton has chosen Oathbreaker - Where I Live as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Patton!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Patton, as that shot connected.
Vieira lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
A combination from Vieira does no damage.
Patton avoids the head kick by Vieira.
Patton cracks a nice hook into Vieira's ribs.
Vieira misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Patton slaps away a takedown attempt from Vieira, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rafael Vieira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Patton cracks Vieira with a right hand to the side of the head.
Patton has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Patton lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Vieira tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Patton defends well and Vieira ends up having to push Patton into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Vieira.
Patton now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Patton is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Vieira.
Vieira shoots for a takedown but Patton saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Patton throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Vieira tries to close the distance and clinch but Patton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Patton bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Vieira's head.

Patton buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Vieira takes one on the button.

Vieira misses with a takedown attempt - Patton sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Vieira feints a jab promting Patton to slip. Vieira then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Patton slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Vieira shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Patton pinned against the cage. Patton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Patton avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Vieira is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Vieira throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Patton! But no joy.

Vieira changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Patton tries to avoid it but Vieira manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Patton to the ground. Patton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
