PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Enzo Dimelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor Mcgregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Enzo Dimelo had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgregor throws a sloppy head kick and Dimelo moves out of range easily.
Mcgregor tries a head kick but it misses.
A head kick misses from Mcgregor .
Mcgregor pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dimelo misses the jab.
Mcgregor tries to counter by closing the distance.
Dimelo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Mcgregor throws a sloppy head kick and Dimelo moves out of range easily.

Dimelo lands with a right hand.
Mcgregor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A punch combination from Mcgregor misses.
Dimelo lands a body shot.

Dimelo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Mcgregor wants to get back to striking at distance but Dimelo won't allow it.
Dimelo lands with a short punch from the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Dimelo manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Mcgregor has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Dimelo is proving hard to escape from.
Dimelo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mcgregor 's guard.

Dimelo is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Mcgregor is trying to escape and Dimelo transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Mcgregor is forced to tap! Nice work there by Dimelo! Very nice indeed!
