Fredrick kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Lil Jon & The Eastside Boyz: Throw It Up. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fredrick moves into range and clinches up with Man.
Man tries a knee to the head but Fredrick blocks it.
Fredrick has a couple of punches blocked by Man.
Man blocks the elbow strike.
Fredrick tries to land a knee to the head but Man blocks with his arms.
Fredrick is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Man is defending well for now.
A short uppercut from Fredrick.
Fredrick throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mans head.

Man ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Man no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We've been hearing that Fredrick has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Man looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Fredrick with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Fredrick tries to kick Man off but Man keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Fredrick is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Man's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Man's back!
Oooh a big shot gets through from Fredrick. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!

Man tries to escape but Fredrick has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Fredrick slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

I really don't envy Man right now.
Man manages to reverse the position and now he's in Fredrick's guard. Nice work there by Man.

Man postures up and lands a big shot to Fredrick's brow.

Man is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Fredrick sees it coming and defends easily.

Man is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Fredrick is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Skeng Man really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Urban Fighter logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
