Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ewen Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Holger The Dane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes into the arena with Atreyu-Ex's and oh's blaring out of the sound system. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
The Dane throws a series of punches but Davis avoids them all with ease.

The Dane felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
The Dane really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Davis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
