And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Griffin McElroy!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blues throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Blues throws an overhand right that lands on McElroy's shoulder, as McElroy tries to avoid the shot.
McElroy tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Blues counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Blues looks to throw a body kick
and McElroy counters with a stiff right hand.
Blues bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of McElroy's head.
Blues bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps McElroy's head backwards.
Blues ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McElroy moves away.
Blues fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
McElroy on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Blues throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
McElroy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Blues lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
We've been told by Blues's head coaches at Jacks Fight Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blues tests McElroy's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Blues lands a head shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - McElroy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Blues throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Blues connects with a single shot there.
Blues cracks McElroy with a right hand to the side of the head.
McElroy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Blues stuns McElroy with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
McElroy closes the distance looking to clinch
and McElroy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Blues ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

McElroy on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
McElroy is looking to clinch.
McElroy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
McElroy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

McElroy takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Blues lands with a straight right. McElroy didn't see that one coming.

McElroy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Blues digs a good hook to McElroy's body.
Blues moves into range and connects with a jab.
Blues lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! McElroy goes down and covers up as Blues starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Monday Blues!
A relieved looking Monday Blues thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
