Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sakad Sor Sanknampnang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lillitan Flower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Flower or perhaps it was just good defense by Sor Sanknampnang, which made it look bad.
Nice takedown defense from Sor Sanknampnang. No joy for Flower on that attempt.
Flower shoots in looking for a takedown. Sor Sanknampnang tries to sprawl out of it but Flower keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sor Sanknampnang manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sakad Sor Sanknampnang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lillitan Flower.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A low kick from Sor Sanknampnang is predictable there

and Flower counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Flower.
Sor Sanknampnang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Flower on the ground.
Sor Sanknampnang tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Flower loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Flower lands a couple of elbows.

Flower drops back looking for a leg! Sor Sanknampnang is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sor Sanknampnang manages to kick Flower off! Flower jumps back into Sor Sanknampnang's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Flower throwing strikes from guard but Sor Sanknampnang blocks nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Flower in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Sor Sanknampnang is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Flower is controlling him.

Sor Sanknampnang wants to stand but Flower is controlling the position.
Sor Sanknampnang is trying to keep Flower in close.
Flower slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
You can see the frustration on Sor Sanknampnang's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Flower has an Americana. Sor Sanknampnang didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Flower is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Flower hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
