The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowe walks into a straight right hand from Khan.
Lowe dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Khan. That did some damage!
Lowe has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Khan pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Khan seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Khan connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Khan misses with an uppercut.
Lowe keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A telegraphed right hand from Khan misses the target.
Lowe gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Oooooh!!! Khan has knocked Lowe down with a huge combo! Khan steps away and waves a wobbly Lowe back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Lowe is rocked!

It looks like Curtis Lowe has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Khan throws a shot to the body.
Lowe is still on wobbly legs! Can Khan finish him?
Khan throws a right and a left that Lowe avoids nicely.
Khan circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Lowe to the canvas! Lowe doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Khan keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
