Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Emanuel Radson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cal Robbins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emanuel Radson has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Emanuel Radson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Cal Robbins!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robbins shoots in but Radson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Robbins shoots in and drives through. Radson sprawls well.

Robbins closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Robbins lands in his opponent's guard.
Robbins postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Robbins trying to control but Radson is working from the bottom.
Robbins stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Radson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Radson is adopting a defensive guard.
Radson trying to keep a closed guard but Robbins is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Robbins looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Radson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Robbins is one step ahead there.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Radson darts in and clinches Robbins up against the cage.
Radson stops a takedown attempt from Robbins.
Emanuel Radson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cal Robbins.
Robbins is pushing Radson up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Radson tightens his grip and picks Robbins up, before dumping him to the ground. Robbins manages to land in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Robbins is looking to stand up but Radson isn't so interested in that idea.
Robbins will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Radson drops back looking for a leg! Robbins is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Robbins manages to kick Radson off! Radson jumps back into Robbins's guard.
Radson tries to free his leg and advance position but Robbins is retaining full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Robbins swats away the attempt to clinch by Radson.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Radson tries to clinch but Robbins is having none of it.
Cal Robbins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Radson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Radson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Robbins throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Radson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Radson tries to bum rush Robbins with a series of wild strikes but Robbins uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Radson!
Radson slaps away a takedown attempt from Robbins, before circling back to the center of the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Emanuel Radson dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!


Radson blocks the body kick.
Radson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Robbins paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Radson lands a left and a right that send Robbins crashing to the mat, dazed. Radson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


Robbins is rocked!
Robbins shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Radson as he jumps to the side.
Radson half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Robbins is still on wobbly legs! Can Radson finish him?
Robbins shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Radson counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Robbins out cold! What a finish! Radson is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Emanuel Radson!
