Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Eremeev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harlon Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hughes comes into a darkened arena with his song building. USA kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eremeev misses with a wild combination.
Hughes wants to counter with a clinch but Eremeev pushes him away.
Hughes throws a poor cross that misses
letting Eremeev counter with a right hand.
Hughes throws out a leg kick but Eremeev moves out of range and Hughes only half commits.
Eremeev on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Hughes drops his hands momentarily and Eremeev takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Hughes uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Eremeev.

Eremeev connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hughes's hands.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Eremeev throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Eremeev keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hughes throws a looping overhand right but Eremeev ducks down to avoid it.

enabling Eremeev to counter with a crisp jab.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hughes, right into the meat.
Eremeev throws a hook but Hughes avoids it easily.
It seemed like Hughes was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Eremeev bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Hughes tries to clinch but Eremeev is having none of it.

Hughes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Eremeev moves away.
Hughes is still on wobbly legs! Can Eremeev finish him?
Eremeev closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Hughes! Eremeev dives in looking to finish! Hughes is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
