Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rory Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pele Ronaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Till I Collapse (ft. Nate Dogg). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson tests Ronaldo's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Jackson sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Ronaldo to the ground! Jackson dives into full mount looking to finish!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ronaldo prevents Jackson from taking his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ronaldo is wriggling around trying to escape.

Jackson gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Ronaldo shoots in for a double leg but Jackson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ronaldo shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jackson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jackson lands a slapping body shot.

Jackson connects with a single shot there.

Jackson bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Ronaldo! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Jackson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Jackson stands and steps away. Ronaldo gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Jackson rushes Ronaldo and presses him up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jackson breaks from the clinch.

Jackson cracks Ronaldo with an uppercut from hell and Ronaldo crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Jackson's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Ronaldo is rocked!
Jackson content to stall in guard here.
Ronaldo is still in real trouble! Can Jackson finish him?

Ronaldo throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Jackson escapes and throws Ronaldo's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Ronaldo gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Ronaldo seems to have recovered his senses.
Ronaldo tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Jackson avoids the attempt from Ronaldo to control.

Ronaldo told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Ronaldo can't escape the position.
Ronaldo tries to lock up and control but Jackson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Jackson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Jackson continues to stall.

Ronaldo is trying to escape the mount.

Jackson is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Ronaldo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Ronaldo doesn't manage to clinch there - Jackson circles away.

Ronaldo ducks straight into an uppercut from Jackson and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Ronaldo manages to regain guard straight away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ronaldo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jackson is one step ahead there.

Jackson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Jackson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Ronaldo is working an open guard so Jackson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Ronaldo shoots for a takedown but Jackson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rory Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pele Ronaldo.
Ronaldo darts in looking for a takedown but Jackson gets double underhooks and turns Ronaldo into the cage.
Rory Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ronaldo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ronaldo somewhat.
Jackson is looking to counter with head kicks.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jackson lands a brutal uppercut that launches Ronaldo off his feet! Ronaldo tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

Rory Jackson decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
