Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Boreste Bardanos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noob Saibot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bardanos kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is My Kingdom Will Come. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Boreste Bardanos!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

35 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Noob Saibot!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saibot lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bardanos at a distance.
Saibot throws a jab when Bardanos was well out of range.
Bardanos gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Saibot.
The crowd cheers as Bardanos lands an impressive looking overhand right. Saibot doesn't seem phased though.
Good standup being displayed there by Saibot as he connects with a hook.
Bardanos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bardanos misses with a wild body shot.
Bardanos moves away from the strike by Saibot.
Bardanos misses with a straight right.
Bardanos lands with an overhand left.
A jab lands there for Bardanos.
Saibot swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Saibot lands with a hook. Bardanos tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Saibot lands the left hand.
Bardanos shoots in looking for a takedown. Saibot tries to sprawl out of it but Bardanos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Saibot manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bardanos throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Saibot tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bardanos is in Saibot's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Saibot is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Bardanos rolls with it to try and escape but Saibot cranks on the arm and Bardanos is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Noob Saibot!
