Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zdravko Saric!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Jean Jacques Machado!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saric with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Machado shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Saric napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Machado wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Saric, who protects the arm well.
Saric is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Machado off and has taken his back!
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Saric avoiding Machado 's attempts to control his hands.
Machado wants to escape the position.
Machado manages to reverse the position and now he's in Saric's guard. Nice work there by Machado.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Machado wants to control from the top but Saric keeps moving.
Saric will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Saric being controlled here, momentarily.
Machado stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Saric swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Machado trying to control the position from guard on top but Saric is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Machado wants to pass the guard but Saric is keeping the position.
Machado trying to control but Saric is working from the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Saric pulls Machado in close to his closed guard and prevents Machado from doing any damage or advancing position.
Machado is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Machado trying to control but Saric is working from the bottom.
Machado pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Saric is keeping the position for now.
Machado thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Saric tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A jab from Saric finds it's way through Machado's defenses.
A nice leg kick lands there from Saric.
Machado takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Machado shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Saric as he jumps to the side.
Saric lands a big head kick that sends Machado tumbling to the mat! Saric takes a step backwards and waves Machado back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Machado is rocked!
It looks like Jean Jacques Machado has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Saric missing with a left hand there. Machado was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Saric closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Machado! Saric dives in looking to finish! Machado is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zdravko Saric!
