Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnny Vegas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Inmate Seven Nine Zero Four Two!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vegas misses with a looping right.

Seven Nine Zero Four Two tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Vegas defends well and Seven Nine Zero Four Two ends up having to push Vegas into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Vegas misses the jab.
Seven Nine Zero Four Two is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Seven Nine Zero Four Two tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
It looked like Vegas wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

and Vegas counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Johnny Vegas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Inmate Seven Nine Zero Four Two.

Seven Nine Zero Four Two breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Seven Nine Zero Four Two shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Vegas comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Seven Nine Zero Four Two shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Inmate Seven Nine Zero Four Two seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A decent looking cross lands there for Vegas.


It looks like Inmate Seven Nine Zero Four Two has been cut.

Vegas seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

and Vegas counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Vegas breaks from the clinch.

Vegas steps in with a hook that catches Seven Nine Zero Four Two right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Vegas follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Seven Nine Zero Four Two looks absolutely devastated.
