The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker misses with an uppercut
and Sheze counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Walker misses with a combination
and Sheze counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Johnny Walker has been cut.
Walker looks to land a right hand but Sheze moved out of range.
Sheze showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Walker.
Sheze throws out a counter right but Walker avoids it with no problem.
Walker drops his hands momentarily and Sheze takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Johnny Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sheze let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Walker lands with a hook. Sheze tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Walker throws an overhand right that lands on Sheze's shoulder, as Sheze tries to avoid the shot.

Sheze drops his hands momentarily and Walker takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Walker thows a left - swing and a miss!
Sheze swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Sheze takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Sheze's corner calls for a 1-2. Sheze obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Walker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Sheze! But no joy.
Walker swings for the body but Sheze moves out of range.
Sheze looks to throw the jab but Walker is out of range.
Walker rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sheze counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Walker is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Walker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Sheze counters with a huge left! Walker is in big trouble! He's backing up but Sheze isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Walker from any more damage. A dominating finish by Sheze!

In his post fight interview, Mnajdra Sheze started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
