Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ari Ukuelin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Colin Mulligan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mulligan blocks a head kick by Ukuelin.
Mulligan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mulligan.
Ukuelin is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Ukuelin throws a looping overhand right but Mulligan ducks down to avoid it.
Mulligan looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Ukuelin catches Mulligan with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Mulligan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ukuelin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Ukuelin thumps Mulligan with a low kick.
Mulligan blocks a head kick by Ukuelin.

Ukuelin closes the distance and pushes Mulligan back into the cage.

Ukuelin pulls guard successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ukuelin is controlling Mulligan's posture.

Ukuelin is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Mulligan frees his head nicely. Oh but Ukuelin has switched to an armbar! Mulligan is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
