Zaitsev lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Papa Shango has been cut.
Zaitsev connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Zaitsev dips to his left and cracks Shango with an uppercut!
A looping hook to the body misses from Zaitsev. Shango does a little dance to reset his feet.
Zaitsev looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Shango throws a counter combo.
A slapping leg kick lands for Zaitsev.

Dmitri Zaitsev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A relieved looking Dmitri Zaitsev thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
