Koreshkov has chosen Beyoncé - 7/11 as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 10 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Andrey Koreshkov!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hearts moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Hearts has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gym Beam in the buildup to the fight.
Hearts ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Koreshkov lands a slapping body shot.
Koreshkov misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hearts connects with a good right hand that stumbles Koreshkov. Koreshkov circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hearts keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Koreshkov.
Koreshkov staying out of range there.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Hearts!
Hearts ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Koreshkov just misses with a punch to the body.
Hearts swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Koreshkov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hearts moves away.
Nice defenses there by Koreshkov.
Hearts shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Koreshkov eats them both and turns towards Hearts to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Koreshkov throws a hook but Hearts blocks it.

Koreshkov throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Hearts counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Koreshkov trying to hold on to Hearts's head to control him but Hearts postures up.

Koreshkov looking for submissions off his back.
Hearts drops an elbow to the side of Koreshkov's head.
Hearts is keen to just control but Koreshkov is a slippery customer.
Koreshkov is looking to control Hearts's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Koreshkov avoid being mounted?

Koreshkov looking for subs from the bottom but Hearts mounts him!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hearts landing strikes, looking to finish!

Hearts controlling the pace for now.
Hearts lands a heavy elbow.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Koreshkov in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Koreshkov tries to lock up and control but Hearts gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Koreshkov manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Hearts looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Koreshkov taking some punishment here, with Hearts in his half guard.
Koreshkov moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hearts scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Hearts lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Hearts postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Koreshkov is looking to cinch up a triangle. Hearts throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Koreshkov's body to avoid the submission. Koreshkov has instead reached around Hearts's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Koreshkov arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Andrey Koreshkov!
Andrey Koreshkov decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
