Firanen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bee Gees - Stayin' Alive. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Firanen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Turso sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Firanen somewhat.
Firanen with a lazy takedown attempt
and Turso counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Firanen fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kai Firanen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Oooooh!!! Turso has knocked Firanen down with a huge combo! Turso steps away and waves a wobbly Firanen back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Kai Firanen has been cut.
Firanen is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Turso just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Firanen has gone limp and this one is over!
