Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shayne Tanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Wu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charlie Wu has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tanaka shoots in and bounces Wu off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Wu holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Tanaka is just content to waste time from the top position. Wu takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

You can see the frustration on Tanaka's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Wu has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Tanaka is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Tanaka seems a little lost for a moment, as Wu dominates the positioning.

Wu wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tanaka keeps working.

That was a close second round but I would say that Shayne Tanaka will probably get the nod.
