Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between IL PO (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Burnley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). PO comes to the cage accompanied by Tai Chi Kickboxer. Burnley has chosen "Joyride (Omen)" by Chevelle as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burnley misses the shot to the body.
PO throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Burnley's head.

It looks like Adam Burnley has been cut.
PO connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

PO throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Burnley throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent PO stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Burnley counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

As Burnley looks to move away, PO throws a big counter combo but Burnley just gets out of the way.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

PO is rocked!
PO gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Burnley gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! PO is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
