Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Raekwon The Chef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Van Pol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Chef comes to the cage accompanied by Raekwon - Ice Cream. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Pol shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

The Chef does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
The Chef uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pol.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts The Chef, as that shot connected.

The Chef jabs Pol right on the nose. Pol blinks but takes it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pol takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
The Chef throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Pol might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, The Chef has got the better of the exchanges.

Despite the aggression on Pol's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from The Chef! Pol is out on his feet! The Chef rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Pol is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Pol is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
