Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shane Gooseman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Franklin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franklin has chosen Tron Cat- Tyler, The Creator as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Shane Gooseman is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Franklin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Franklin showed some decent athleticism there.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Franklin working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Franklin seems to be working for a kimura but Gooseman defends the submission attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Franklin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gooseman doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Franklin.
