Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gary Grice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Hoffman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grice comes into the arena with GZA - Shadowboxin' blaring out of the sound system. Gary Grice has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grice throws a combination that misses

and Hoffman counters with a nice double leg into side control. Grice won't be happy with that.

Hoffman goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Grice has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Hoffman but great work by Grice.

Grice got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hoffman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Grice has managed to get both his arms back between Hoffman 's legs - danger averted.

That was a close second round but I would say that Gary Grice will probably get the nod.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Hoffman has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Grice doesn't defend quickly enough and Hoffman has managed to lock this one up! Can Grice escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hoffman on a fantastic submission victory.
