Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andonian buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Karelin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Andonian.
Andonian cracks the inside of Karelin's front leg.
Karelin tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Andonian throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Karelin.
Andonian thows a body kick. Karelin tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Karelin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Andonian moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Andonian throws a head kick that Karelin semi-blocks.
Andonian delivers a nice body kick.
Andonian scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Andonian cracks the inside of Karelin's front leg.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Andonian looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Andonian.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Karelin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Andonian - the referee stops the clock and Karelin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Andonian. Karelin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Andonian swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Karelin shoots in and drives through. Andonian sprawls well.
Andonian connects with a leg kick. Karelin looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Andonian motions for Karelin to come forward. Andonian throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Andonian walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Karelin checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Karelin changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Karelin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Andonian can pounce on him.
Andonian throws a hook but Karelin avoids it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
An inside leg kick lands from Andonian.
Garik Andonian is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Andonian turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Andonian feints and then cracks Karelin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Karelin down.
Andonian connects with a solid leg kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Andonian. That's going to slow Karelin down.
Karelin sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Andonian fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Karelin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Andonian scoring well with a low kick there.
A nice inside leg kick there by Andonian. That's going to slow Karelin down.
Andonian lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

and Karelin counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Andonian!
Karelin in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Andonian is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
