Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kshitij Singh Negi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerald Minor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kshitij Singh Negi had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 172.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Kshitij Singh Negi could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Gerald Minor's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Minor moves into the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Minor fails to land.

Minor pulls guard successfully.

Minor is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Singh Negi wanted to stand there but Minor had control of the position.
Singh Negi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Minor throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Minor is pulling down on Singh Negi's head to control his posture.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Minor is continuing to stall.

Minor is looking to cinch up a triangle. Singh Negi throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Minor's body to avoid the submission. Minor has instead reached around Singh Negi's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Minor arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
