Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zdravko Dren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Dren's choice of entrance music: GETO BOYS - mind of a lunatic. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Zdravko Dren!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Chad Campbell and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dren throws an off balance right hand
and Jones counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dren looks to land a body kick but Jones moved away.
Dren fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jones looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dren.
Dren misses with a head kick.
Dren's corner calls for a 1-2. Dren obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Jones gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Dren breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Dren goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Dren tries a head kick but it misses.
No joy there for Dren, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dren throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jones counters by clinching up.
Dren blocks the elbow strike.
Jones landing knees to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jones lands an elbow inside that Dren shrugs off.

Dren blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Dren blocks the elbow strike.
Dren throws a punch but it's blocked by Jones.

Maybe Jones would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.
Jones lands an elbow inside.
Dren lands a left hand.
Dren digs a right hand into Jones's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Jones's gas tank.
Dren tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Dren pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jones scores with a punch to the head.
Dren goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Jones showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dren.
Jones tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dren thuds his right hand into Jones's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Jones tries to clinch but Dren is having none of it.
Dren lands with a kick to the ribs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jones closes the distance but Dren moves to the side
and Dren counters with a nice uppercut.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dren paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dren connects with a nice looking jab.
Dren misses with a hook. Jones ducked under it nicely.

and Jones takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Jones is rocked!
Dren throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.
Oh Jones is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dren works Jones's body with a nice hook.
Jones seems to have got his legs back now.
Dren pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jones seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Good exchange - Dren coming out on top.
Dren tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dren moves out of range of the body kick from Jones.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dren paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Jones is looking to clinch but Dren is avoiding it.
Dren raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dren swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Dren thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dren manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Jones backs away from a small jab... but Dren lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Jones crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Dren with a spectacular finish!
