Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wahoo Hofstder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mugabi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Wahoo Hofstder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Mugabi!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Russell Pearce and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mugabi connects with a body shot.
Hofstder darts in trying to clinch
and Mugabi finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Hofstder scores with a sloppy right hand. Mugabi should have avoided that one.
Wahoo Hofstder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hofstder forces Mugabi back against the cage and clinches.
Mugabi blocks an uppercut.
Mugabi digs a right hand into Hofstder's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Hofstder's gas tank.
Hofstder can't find room to land a body shot as Mugabi controls the action.
Mugabi misses with a hook to the ribs.
Mugabi lands a body punch.
Mugabi blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hofstder fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mugabi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mugabi defending well as Hofstder loads up on a big left hand.
Hofstder uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mugabi.
Mugabi sizes up Hofstder with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Hofstder throws a shot from downtown. Mugabi moves away and avoids it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Mugabi! But no joy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hofstder takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Mugabi throws a nice inside leg kick.

Oooooh!!! Mugabi has knocked Hofstder down with a huge combo! Mugabi steps away and waves a wobbly Hofstder back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Hofstder misses with a shot to the body

and Mugabi counters with a crisp right hand that drops Hofstder! Mugabi lets Hofstder back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Hofstder is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mugabi lands with a thumping leg kick.
Oh Hofstder is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hofstder throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hofstder seems to have got his legs back now.
Mugabi knocks out Hofstder with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Mugabi before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Mugabi picks up the big W with a huge KO!
