Joe tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jefferies defends well and Joe ends up having to push Jefferies into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jefferies motions for Joe to come forward. Jefferies throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Jefferies buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Joe waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Jefferies. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Jefferies to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Joe loads up on a big left hand. Jefferies felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Joe looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Jefferies can't hide his disappointment, as Joe celebrates the victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Glass Joe! Glass Joe retains his middleweight title!
Glass Joe decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
