The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montgomery jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Page is looking to score with low kicks.
Montgomery looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Page looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Montgomery uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Page .
Page throws an overhand right that lands on Montgomery's shoulder, as Montgomery tries to avoid the shot.

Page takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Brian Page has been cut.
Montgomery has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Brian Page seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Montgomery! Page is out on his feet! Montgomery rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Page is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Page is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
