Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joachim Kroll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orlando Diggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diggs is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by STILL BLAZIN. Orlando Diggs told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Orlando Diggs!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Sosuke Kotani and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggs thuds his right hand into Kroll's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Joachim Kroll has been cut.

Kroll shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Diggs napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Kroll is looking to take a break and control but Diggs is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Kroll is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Diggs knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Kroll wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Diggs, who protects the arm well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kroll is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Diggs will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Diggs has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

Diggs tries to buck Kroll off but Kroll is having none of it.

What's going on here? Diggs has decided to give up on the ground game despite having his opponent's back!

Kroll loads up on a big right hand but Diggs slips the punch.

Good leg kick by Diggs there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Diggs bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kroll is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

Kroll gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
