Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rune Banchamek!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've been hearing reports that Komaroff has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Banchamek isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Komaroff stacks Banchamek on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Komaroff!

Komaroff has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

That was a close round but I would say that Vasili Komaroff will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Banchamek cracks Komaroff with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Banchamek working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Komaroff doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Komaroff manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
