Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Geebro Jonson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maksymilian Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Geebro Jonson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Maksymilian Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie cracks Jonson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jonson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jonson tries to clinch there but Gracie circles away.
Jonson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gracie circles away quickly and effectively.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jonson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Maksymilian Gracie will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jonson as he jumps to the side.

Gracie with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jonson to score with a decent uppercut.
Gracie's coach down at England Fight Club MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Gracie's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Jonson, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Jonson against the cage but Jonson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Jonson lands with a kick to the ribs.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jonson.
Jonson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gracie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
As Jonson backs off Gracie throws a huge counter combo but Jonson manages to avoid it all.

and Jonson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Geebro Jonson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maksymilian Gracie.
Jonson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Jonson.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jonson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Gracie has gone for a leg lock! Jonson slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gracie's guard.
