The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weber slips under a jab.
Weber tries to clinch up but Tipton circles away and keeps his distance.
It looked like Tipton wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Weber gets a clinch.
Tipton avoids a wild elbow strike from Weber.
Tipton can't find room to land a body shot as Weber controls the action.
Tipton blocks an elbow strike.
Tipton dodges an elbow strike from Weber.
Tipton tries to work over Weber's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Tipton breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Horrible takedown attempt by Tipton or perhaps it was just good defense by Weber, which made it look bad.
Weber tries to counter by closing the distance.
Weber tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Tipton paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tipton connects with a body shot that sends Weber's belly button to the back.
Tipton tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Weber blocks a jab.
Weber is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Tipton avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Weber keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tipton.
Tipton throws a right hand that Weber ducks under and follows up with a left that Weber also avoids with ease.

Tipton looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Weber!

Tipton has an Americana. Weber didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Tipton is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Tipton hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
