Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pyryx Dall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julian Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dall comes to the cage accompanied by Fuel and Fire. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson defending well as Dall loads up on a big left hand.
Thompson loads up on a big right hand but Dall slips the punch.
An attempted straight right counter from Dall misses the target.
Thompson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Dall ducks under a wild hook from Thompson.
Dall misses with a right hand
and Thompson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dall bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Dall tries a low kick but Thompson avoids it.
Thompson tries to counter by closing the distance.
Dall misses with a body kick.
We've been informed that Thompson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dall half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Dall uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Thompson.
Dall shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Thompson pinned against the cage. Thompson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Thompson throws a jab when Dall was well out of range.

Dall shoots in and gets a takedown into Thompson's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Dall stops Thompson from standing up.

Dall pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Thompson is keeping the position for now.
Thompson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Thompson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Thompson wants to get back to his feet but Dall passes into half guard.

Dall is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Thompson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Thompson pushes Dall off but Dall dives into side control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Dall swings around for an armbar but Thompson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Dall's guard.
Thompson wants to stand but Dall has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Dall is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Thompson wanted to stand there but Dall had control of the position.
Thompson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dall working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Thompson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Thompson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Dall has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Thompson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Dall swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Dall takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Thompson fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

and Dall counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Julian Thompson seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Thompson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dalls jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Thompson jabs Dall right on the nose. Dall blinks but takes it well.
Thompson slips a jab and a cross from Dall.

Thompson throws a shot from downtown. Dall moves away and avoids it.

Thompson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Thompson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Thompson throws a shot to the body.
Thompson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Dall's hands.
Dall misses with a hook
enabling Thompson to counter with a crisp jab.
Dall closes the distance and clinches up with Thompson, looking for a takedown. Dall pushes Thompson against the cage but Thompson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Thompson scores with a jab. Dall acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Thompson thuds his right hand into Dall's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Dall is rocked!
Thompson flashes Dall a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Dall's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Dall crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Thompson punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
