Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Sergei Dimitrovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carson West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dimitrovich comes into the arena with Wai Khru Ram Muay blaring out of the sound system. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Carson West seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dimitrovich scores with a head kick. West tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Dimitrovich lands a nice hook to West's body. West takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Dimitrovich attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
West throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dimitrovich seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
West lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
West closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Dimitrovich.
West's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Dimitrovich connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Dimitrovich misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dimitrovich throws a shot from downtown. West moves away and avoids it.
West scores with a nice right hand.
West tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dimitrovich throws a quick inside leg kick.
West throws a head kick but Dimitrovich moves out of range.
West moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
West checks a leg kick nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sloppy strikes from West. Those never looked like landing.
Dimitrovich blocks a head kick by West.
West lands a nice shot that snaps Dimitrovich's head back.
Dimitrovich throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dimitrovich closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends West crashing to the mat! West uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
West is rocked!
It looks like Carson West has been cut.
BAM! Dimitrovich delivers a spinning backfist that drops West like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
