Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kira Miyata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Yount (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miyata comes to the cage accompanied by Boa - Energetic. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yount throws a jab when Miyata was well out of range.
Miyata shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Yount as he avoids it easily.
Miyata displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Yount throws out the jab.
Yount lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Yount.

Miyata throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Yount was covering up waiting for the punch and Miyata finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Let's hope that Yount has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Miyata feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Robin Yount comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Yount has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
