Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stu Grimson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Beck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Grimson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Omerta - Lamb of God. Beck has chosen Sepultura - Roots Boody Roots as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beck misses with a low kick.
Grimson appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

Beck lands with an overhand left.
Beck throws a low kick but Grimson avoids it.

Grimson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Beck lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Beck swings for the body but Grimson moves out of range.
Grimson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Beck swats away the attempt to clinch by Grimson.
Beck tries to land a front kick but Grimson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Grimson cracks Beck with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Grimson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Beck to stand back up!
Beck swings for the body but Grimson moves out of range.
Grimson walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Beck checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Beck throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Grimson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Grimson connects with a solid leg kick.
Beck misses the shot to the body.
Grimson quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Grimson tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Beck doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Beck moves out of range of the body kick.
Grimson connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Beck momentarily.

The cut above Hans Beck's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Beck tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Grimson is able to avoid easily.
Beck looks for the body kick but Grimson saw that one coming.
Grimson was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Beck lands with a thumping leg kick.
Beck fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Grimson.
Beck tries to close the distance and clinch but Grimson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Grimson cracks Beck with a hook to the temple - Beck is on wobbly legs here! Grimson swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Beck falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Grimson wins by TKO!
