Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Doc Chillum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carney Duffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chillum comes into the arena with High Hopes - Pink Floyd blaring out of the sound system. Duffy has chosen Brawl - Bloody spit as his entrance music. Carney Duffy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Duffy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Chillum has time to react.
Doc Chillum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chillum lunges at Duffy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Duffy's hand.
Chillum takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Chillum misses with a hook.
Chillum misses with an uppercut.
Duffy lands a front kick.
Chillum throws a big shot that misses.
Duffy throws out a counter right but Chillum avoids it with no problem.
Good leg kick by Duffy there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Chillum fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Duffy is out of range.
Duffy ducks under a wild hook from Chillum.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Duffy! But no joy.
Duffy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Duffy throws a hook but Chillum blocks it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice inside leg kick there by Duffy. That's going to slow Chillum down.
Duffy slips a jab from Chillum.
A head kick misses from Duffy.
Chillum misses with a hook.
Chillum throws a leg kick
enabling Duffy to counter with a crisp jab.
Duffy lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Duffy throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Duffy moves out of range as Chillum strikes.

Duffy blocks a jab.
Duffy checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A swing and a miss from Chillum.

Duffy slips under a jab.
Duffy digs a good hook to Chillum's body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Duffy ducks under a wild hook from Chillum.
Chillum misses with an uppercut. Duffy saw that one coming.
Duffy instigates a clinch.
Chillum misses with an elbow over the top.
Duffy misses with a hook to the ribs.
Duffy scores with a shot to the side of Chillum's head.
Chillum tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Duffy.
Duffy pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Duffy blocks a jab.
Chillum connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chillum misses with a low kick as Duffy jumps back.
Duffy throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Oh Chillum is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big left from Chillum misses.
Chillum seems to have got his legs back now.
Duffy connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Chillum throws out a leg kick but Duffy moves out of range and Chillum only half commits.
Chillum looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Duffy catches Chillum with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Duffy tests Chillum's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Duffy lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Chillum falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Carney Duffy!
