Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Simon Adabisi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jaako Turkinen!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Turkinen looking to score a takedown here. Adabisi is defending well but Turkinen drives through and ends up in Adabisi's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close round but I would say that Simon Adabisi will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Turkinen throws a hook to the side of Adabisi's head but Adabisi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Adabisi is trying to defend against the choke here but Turkinen has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Turkinen Tightens the hold and Adabisi taps out furiously! Turkinen displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
