The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Kushman has Mitchell pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kushman pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mitchell tumbling to the mat - Kushman dives into Mitchell's guard.
Mitchell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kushman on the ground.
Kushman tries to free his leg and advance position but Mitchell is retaining full guard.
