Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dido Vicini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evangelos Ergazakis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Vicini might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sweet Soul Sister. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicini tests Ergazakis's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Vicini closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ergazakis to the mat! Ergazakis manages to get full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vicini throwing strikes but missing.
Vicini postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ergazakis is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Vicini, into his guard.
Vicini looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Vicini is looking for a triangle here but Ergazakis uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Ergazakis is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vicini is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Vicini manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ergazakis's best efforts.
Ergazakis is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Vicini moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Ergazakis passes Vicini's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Ergazakis wants to pass to mount but Vicini is defending the position.

Ergazakis is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Vicini sees it coming and defends easily.
Vicini gets back to full guard.
Vicini looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ergazakis is defending well. Vicini quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ergazakis has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Vicini celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A relieved looking Dido Vicini thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
