The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anstey lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Anstey throws a low kick but Bryant moves out of range easily.
Anstey takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Bunny Anstey has been cut.
Anstey pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bryant is out of range and Anstey settles back down.
Anstey misses with a body kick.
Bryant has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Anstey.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bryant darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Anstey tries to clinch but Bryant moves out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bryant's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Bryant creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Anstey sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Bunny Anstey's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
