The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samusiovas throws a hook but Jalovaara avoids it easily.
Samusiovas slaps away a takedown attempt from Jalovaara, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That kick from Samusiovas tenderised Jalovaara's leg. Jalovaara is trying to keep his angry face on.

A nice side step and Samusiovas releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Samusiovas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jalovaara. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jalovaara is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Samusiovas can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
