Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Huey Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kit Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Huey Gracie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Huey Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kit Walker!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jonathan Paton and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie.
Gracie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Walker counters with a right hand to the body.
Walker lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gracie's sensitive parts.
Gracie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Walker counters with a left and a right that stings Gracie.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Huey Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Walker sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Walker tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Walker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Walker counters with a crisp one two that drops Gracie! Walker thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Gracie to his feet! Gracie is in big trouble!
Gracie is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gracie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Walker counters with a nice right hand that sends Gracie toppling to the canvas! Gracie scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Walker finish him?!

It looks like Huey Gracie has been cut.
Walker plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Gracie to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Gracie just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kit Walker!
A pretty intense looking Kit Walker took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
